The correct operation of the vehicle is an important prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, reduce the failure rate and extend the service life of the equipment. In actual use, you should operate according to the operating procedures, and pay attention to the instructions of each instrument during the operation to achieve good operation results.

The prerequisite and basis for the use of machinery and equipment is the daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment. During the long-term use of the equipment in different environments, the wear and tear of mechanical components will directly affect the technical performance of the equipment. Under normal use, the cleaning truck should be regularly maintained in accordance with regulations. The maintenance period should be appropriately shortened to give full play to its technical performance and extend the service life of the equipment to the greatest extent.

1. Routine maintenance (except for inspection before and during operation, focusing on cleaning and inspection after the end of daily operation)

1) Check whether the amount of fuel, hydraulic oil, antifreeze, and oil is normal, and add if necessary;

2) Check the amount of lubricating oil in the high-pressure water pump, low-pressure water pump, and reducer, and add if necessary;

3) Check the appearance and air pressure of the tires; check whether the fasteners are loose; check the sweeping of the brush; check the wear of the nozzle rollers and the ground clearance; replace the rollers and adjust the ground clearance if necessary.

4) Inspect the vehicle for oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage, and whether there is air leakage in the seals of the fan and the material box, the material box and the suction nozzle;

5) After starting the sub-transmission, listen to whether there are abnormal noises and whether the operating devices and operating instruments are normal;

6) Clean the inside and outside of the vehicle, especially the back door rubber strips, door frame joints, filters in the dustbin, suction cups and other easy-to-clog parts. Do not wash the electrical parts that are afraid of water;

7) When the road is dusty, the main and auxiliary engine air filters should be cleaned daily;

2. First-level maintenance (50 hours accumulative operation is required, focusing on lubrication and fastening)

1) Check and adjust the tension of the belt of the engine, fan and high-pressure water pump;

2) Grease each hinge point, fan bearing seat, oil pump bearing seat, tension wheel, motor bearing seat;

3) Clean the water filter element, and shorten the maintenance period when the water quality is dirty.

3 、 Secondary maintenance (accumulative operation is required for 250 hours, focusing on inspection and adjustment)

1) Check the oil filter of the hydraulic system. When the pointer of the oil return filter pressure gauge is located in the red area, the oil return filter element should be replaced in time and the suction filter should be cleaned or replaced.

2) Replace the auxiliary engine oil, oil filter and diesel filter;

3) Check whether the rubber plate of the nozzle and the rubber seals and transmission belts of the pneumatic conveying system are normal, and adjust or replace if necessary;

4, three-level maintenance (cumulative operation needs to be performed for 1,000 hours, focusing on disassembly, replacement, and elimination of hidden dangers)

1) Remove the impurities and dirt in the water tank, and check and repair the leakage of the water tank;

2) Disassemble and inspect the air cylinder, water valve, power take-off, and water pump, and repair or replace damaged parts if necessary.

3) Replace severely rusted steel pipes and aging rubber pipes in waterways and hydraulic systems;

4) Check the hydraulic oil quality, remove and wash the corresponding valve components, replace the oil filter, readjust the system pressure and throttle opening if necessary, check the air filter element, and replace it if necessary;

5) Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle wiring harness, and find the hidden dangers and deal with it in time.
